People want fellow travelers and it&#039;s good to have a  travel guide with the troupe, but who trusts a know-it-all guide? We know instinctively he/she&#039;s a pretender.</description>

		<description>People often expect those in visible leadership to be perfect, or to have it all together. But since none of us are Jesus we have to do the stuff whilst struggling with the everyday that everyone else struggles with. I&#039;ve been coming to the conclusion that pastoral leadership has little to do with gifting and charisma and everything to do with being transparent, real and just yourself and giving permission to those you lead to do the same.

We&#039;re all on the same road, it&#039;s just that the leaders are the people who&#039;ve been a little further on down and come back to guide the others who are nearer the start.

My 2 cents for the day.</description>
