My wife and I just saw Angelique Kidjo last Saturday. I am blown away by this stuff.
What a beautiful gift of a voice. And the connection with the instruments, along with a clear sense of being authentic to her emotions. One doesn’t have to know the language to hear and see someone being present with body, soul and words.

That was amazing! It is definitely beautiful and spiritual. It amazes me the amount of influence that music has on the emotions in conveying a message beyond just words.
The lyrics ride on the stream of notes straight into our hearts, vibrations shaking and influencing our very being.
Our heart rate, breathing, brain waves and emotions are all impacted powerfully by music. Music is a powerful force that can be used for great good and great evil.
Let us use it as a weapon and healing touch in the arsenal of our King Jesus!
