in spaces as diverse as the marble Polish Chapel in St. Peter’s Cathedral in Rome, an ancient Orthodox Church on the Isle of Patmos in the Aegean Sea, and in palliative care facilities where the veil between heaven and earth is paper thin. He has worshiped with his Doxology Anthem
in Wildkirchli (Wild Chapel) in the Swiss Alps, on the cliffs of An Bihn Mhór in Northern Ireland, and on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro.
As an author, worship leader, teacher, and encourager of creative leaders, Dan has impacted thousands over his three decades in ministry, across diverse streams of the Church in the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Brazil. The founder of WorshipTraining.com, over 40K worship leaders and musicians have been trained through the resources he has produced.
Dan speaks on the topics of worship, spiritual formation, and creativity in university settings (Indiana Wesleyan University, St. Stephen’s University, Lee University, Campbellsville University, Messiah College), in seminaries, and in churches in cities like Oxford, Belfast, Sydney, Christchurch and Toronto.
He lives with his Armenian Princess of 31 years, Anita, outside of Nashville, TN. They have three grown children Anna, Abigail, and Benjamin.
